2. Services

You represent and warrant that before using the Services (account registration):

All information provided by you will be accurate and not fraudulent, misleading or inaccurate.
You are not impersonating any person and not falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with any person.
You are US citizen older than 13
use the personal information you have provided to us, to search the Internet, and to find and manage the removal of your information from third-party websites, as well as submitting information opt-out requests.
on your behalf contact third parties (such as data brokers, aggregators of personal information and other companies who publish your information online)
on your behalf create online accounts for the sole purpose of providing the Services to you (e.g. when it's required to set up an account to request information removal)

3. Subscription and Payment

Payments for subscriptions to the Services may be made by credit or debit card. Note that when you make payments, the transaction is re-directed from the Website to a third-party payment provider and your financial information is not shared with us in any way. All communication between us and the payment provider is encrypted and secured from being stolen or eavesdropped through secure SSL connection.

Monthly subscriptions - in case your subscription to the Services in on a monthly basis, it will be automatically renewed at the end of the billing cycle unless you manually cancel the subscription through the Website, or send us non-renewal request during the prior calendar month (please e-mail us at support@allenprivacy.com).

Annual subscriptions - in case your subscription to the Services is on a yearly basis, it will be renewed every subsequent year in the same month and day the last purchase was made (for instance, if you subscribed on 02/04/2020, next payment will be processed automatically on 02/04/2021), unless you manually cancel your subscription through the Website, or send us written non-renewal request at least 30 days before the expiration of the current annual subscription (please e-mail us at support@allenprivacy.com).

YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY RENEWED AT THE END OF THE SUBSCRIPTION TERM UNLESS YOU CANCEL IT AS PROVIDED IN THESE TERMS.

Cancellation

In the case that the payment card provided to us to pay for the Services expires or payment cannot be made for any reason, we reserve a right to cancel the Service (deactivate subscription plan) until you subscribe again. Changes to subscription plan In case you decide to upgrade your subscription plan, we will charge you the difference in price between previous and a new plan. If you decide to downgrade subscription plan (number of profiles), active subscription will be downgraded without any refunds.

Refunds

All amounts paid are refundable only in case we didn't take any removal action requests to the third parties. In case we have already initiated any removal actions, amounts are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Changes to Pricing

If we change our prices for your type of subscription, the price you subscribed to initially will stay locked-in.

4. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (such as educational workbooks and PDFs) on Allen Forensics, Inc's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

modify or copy the materials;
use the materials for any commercial purpose, or any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Allen Forensics, Inc's website;
remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Allen Forensics, Inc at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

Further, Allen Forensics, Inc does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

It may take up to 2 months starting from the date of removal request to provide the Services for opt-out requests to be handled by third parties who publish your personal information.

We do not guarantee that we will be successful in effecting removal of your personal information from data broker websites. You acknowledge and agree that methods performed by us for removing your personal information from third party websites may not lead to actual removal of your information. You recognize that we will act in good faith when we assist you in managing your online reputation, but we cannot guarantee that third party websites will remove your information. We do not guarantee that the Services will achieve the result that you desire or that was desired at the time the Services were ordered.

In the event you have added profiles of other family members or friends to monitor, you warrant that you have the authority to represent the individuals you have added to the plan and have their consent to use the Services.

6. Limitations

In no event shall Allen Forensics, Inc or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Allen Forensics, Inc's website, even if Allen Forensics, or our authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

7. Accuracy of materials

The materials appearing on Allen Forensics, Inc's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Allen Forensics, Inc does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current.
